Ever since the cat shortage, I’ve been waiting for somebody to come out with a FurReal (get it? “Fur” kind of sounds like “for,” as in “for real,” which is 1) hip lingo and 2) it’s for real friends and 3) I’m a real friend because 4) I have a FurReal Friends Lulu My Cuddlin Kitty Cat. Phew!!! I feel dizzy! I just went full circle there.
It used to be you could just put a piece of cheese by the door and cats would bolt into your house, but then all the transients in my neighborhood developed a taste for them and Poof! No more cats! Funny story, I have a neighbor who I’ll call Charlie because he would really be upset if he found out I was using his real name and he has a Panasonic VIERA G10 Series TC-P54G10 54-Inch 1080p Plasma HDTV that I want to keep being able to watch on game day. Anyway, he likes to strategically place FurReal Friends in alleyways and watch the bums try to eat them. He says a guy actually ate one, too! So they’re realistic in that way too, I guess.

…….Miss LuLu – or, I actually re-named her booTer {after my real sweet kitty cat}. Two weeks ago, getting groceries at Wal-Mart, me and my husband were looking around like we always do, while we’re shopping. At the edge of 1 of the toy isles, there were a whole bunch of these little cuties!!! We walked by, and I heard 1 cry out to me, sooo cute! I’m 38 years old as of today
and, I tell you what, I found myself talking to her and petting her and was just sooo fixated on her cuteness and charm. I begged and pleaded w/my husband and was about in tears cause I had to have her sooo bad, cause you know, she was crying and I know she wanted to come home w/me!!! Well, my husband said “yes” finally, but said “is this what you want for Christmas?”. I said “yes, more than anything, she’s crying and I love her”. So, he got it, but now I must wait ’til Dec.25th. Oh, it’s sooo hard cause she’s just sooo cute!!!!! She’s just the cutest!!!!!!!!

After my daughter recieved the toy she played it for awhile (two days) but it did not interest her as after the purring and limited movements it did nothing else. So now it just sits on her bed after she makes it up. Children will loose interest since it does nothing else.

My son saw this “kitty” and wanted it for his birthday. He turned 4 this week. We live in a condo and chose not to own pets. This toy is a great substitute. She is fun to groom and pet. He renamed his cat and sleeps with her each night. It’s nice for him to practice caretaking of a real pet in the future.

I gave this to a women that is now considered completely BLIND, she could see somewhat, but could see movements, and felt so much love and happiness, she wants to sleep with it, this womwn is 91, her daughter is 60, and loves expressions from it . The cat they had in their lives was LULU.
