Our grandson loved the “whip” but my daughter would not even let him take it home. I goofed…I thought it would be fun as he loves Indiana Jones.

Wherever they had this stored, it must have been with mothballs because the whip really stank when we opened the package and even after airing it outside for a couple days it still smelled. My son really loved it though and it looked good with this costume. Unfortunately it’s starting to come unbound at the end so I don’t think it will last that long.

Its ok but the leather is obviously fake and when the whip is folded for storage or wrapped up in a circle it can crack the woven leather like pieces and expose the middle.

Pretty much exactly what you’d expect: not a real whip, but it looks enough like the real thing to go with any costume requiring one. Doesn’t actually “crack” or work against lions/bad guys, but it doesn’t fall apart if you try it, either. Like I said: durable costume prop.

Its a nice toy if you want to play for a while. The leather is good, but its not the best toy overall.
