  • Purchased for my grandson who will receive it as a gift and I know he will love it.

  • I’m in a fourth grade GT class right now and these kids love this product. Some of the students have had this toy for a couple years and it is very popular. One student said that the wings fell off, but he still likes it. They also like the LEGO Star Wars Clone Scout Walker.

  • I never watched The Clone Wars, but this particular model from that cartoon got my attention, simply because it is almost identical to another set I always wanted(but it is too expensive). The ship looks very cool, it doesn’t feel like falling apart and it is just the right size for its price. Simply put it-it is a great set for a Lego Star Wars enthusiast(like me)(laughs).

  • I bought this set because it was the cheapest way to get Anakin Skywalker and R2-D2. This set comes with one awesome Anakin Skywalker figure that has a very detailed printed head and torso. He also has a gray lightsaber hilt with a light blue blade. In addition to Anakin this set comes with one R2-D2 figure that has a fantastic printed body and head. The Starfighter itself is a fairly easy build and when finished it looks very sleek and almost identical to the one in the TV Series. The Starfighter is equipped with an ejection mechanism for R2-D2 which is a neat idea, but sadly it doesn’t really work. The fighter is also outfitted with a good cockpit, landing gear, and two blue flick missiles (one on each side of the cockpit). Well, here are the basics of the set:

    The good things

    Anakin Skywalker

    R2-D2

    Starfighter

    Lightsaber

    Blue flick missiles

    Landing gear

    Control panel piece

    Printed republic symbol piece

    The bad things

    Stickers

    Flick missiles

    Ejection mechanism

Over all, I highly recommend this set.

  • My Grandchildren wanted a Starwars Lego set. I did some product research and decided on this item. It has many small pieces and was difficult for the 8 year old to assemble. In fact, he had to have his uncle assemble it. Although it made a nice toy when finished, I would not suggest this as a play item. It was a lot of money for a bunch of plastic. Although I have always been pleased with buying Legos for the kids in the past, I would not go for a this or a similar product in the future.
