  • I wish this company could compensate me for the time I spent trying to put this piece of junk together. It’s going right back to the store in the morning. The entire thing needs to be assembled. The company didn’t do a single thing for you. The instructions have no words and the pictures are awful. You have to spend so much time trying to figure out which part is which. There are no holes where the screws are supposed to go. Very frustrating!!!!

  • Nearly impossible to assemble as instructed. They recommend using a manual screwdriver to drive several screws through up to THREE layers of hard plastic. This is very difficult even with an electric screwdriver. A rubber mallet was also required in places that were supposedly easy to snap together. However, my daughter still enjoys the end product. I will never buy a product from this company again unless it is preassembled.

PS – We also bought a xylophone from this company but one key was sharp and another was flat.

  • I’m not quite sure what people consider “hard to put together” but my husband got this together in less than 45 minutes and he is not super mechanically inclined. The only difficult part was the roof. The eyes didn’t snap together on the bottom left side, but it doesn’t look bad. It’s a Christmas gift so I can’t speak for how well it holds up but we’ve been letting my 18 month old daughter test it out in our living room and kitchen for about a half hour and she loves it. Loves that the door opens and closes so she can get in and out. She is learning how to move it on her own but the handle is a good height for both my husband and I (I’m 5′2″ and he’s 5′8″). I think this is a great product!

  • I would highly recommend this toy to anyone. Both of my kids love it, though one is 18 months and the other is 4 years. My husband had only a little difficulty putting it together and the video instructions that were included were especially helpful.

  • The car seems fun, I bought it for my niece, however assembly was a bit difficult, specifically attaching the roof. The issue is with the placement of the screw holes on the inside wall of the cupholder. The narrow cupholder and position of the roof prevents not only the use of a power drill, but also full use of a screw driver. The narrowness of the cupholder prevented me from being able fully grasp the screwdriver, forcing me to turn it with my finger tips. This made the process significantly more difficult than it should have been had they chosen a better position for the screws.
