Puzzle is of great quality, and a beautiful picture. Unfortunately, I purchased a puzzle missing a piece. I am astounded that this would happen, and sincerely disappointed that I wasted time putting together a puzzle that wasn’t all there. How was I to know. I emailed Ravensburger despite their website stating they do not replace puzzle pieces since this is in fact their mistake. I however have not heard anything back. I realize this is just dumb luck, but I confess it has dissuaded me from purchasing future Ravensburger puzzles at this point.
